From December 13, 2014, implementation of the new EU food labeling laws. The new legislation aims to be more precise, clear and comprehensive labeling content , protect consumers purchase their food. Our food export enterprises should strengthen food packaging specification management, improve food packaging according to the new regulations, to avoid losses.
Improve the readability of food packaging note ( mandatory descriptive text font size);
Details and specifically labeled as easily lead to allergies and food ingredients ( soy, nuts , gluten , lactose, etc. );
Should indicate the proportion of nutrition labels on packaged foods;
Fresh food ( chicken , pork , beef, lamb , etc.) indicate the origin of the label , and other information sources;
Tag remote or sell products through e-commerce platform should be consistent with the physical retail store label;
Frozen products, synthetic products should indicate the detailed consumption methods;
Avoid descriptive text is misleading.
